Sometimes, I really need it, and sometimes, I'm too deep into my own sh*t to get it.
So I go read a cycling blog, which is not just a cycling blog. It's a blog written by a man who loves his wife beyond all measure. She has cancer. He is caring for her, and he's doing it with bravery and tenderness and love.

That is one of the things that I fear the most in life. Not that one of us will get hurt in an accident, or have health issues related to weight or some other thing. But Cancer, or some other debilitating illness that can't be prevented. It's not like smoking or something like that where you know there's a risk and make a conscious decision to accept the risk when you take the habit. I would be lost if either Dhan or Rowan ended up in that situation. I'll definately keep them in my prayers.
